I'm Wendy, and this is a place I go to capture my thoughts - mostly on things like human performance & behavior, organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.

I am known for working hard and fast, caring deeply & advocating for the importance of people as a company's greatest asset.  After 25 years in the workplace, I have seen most every type of leader/leadership style.  I know what works and what doesn't and can honestly say that in the end, every situation and every person requires something different.

In my blog posts I will share my perspective on what I think works, how I personally implement different techniques, and along the way I will throw in anecdotes and examples to help tell the story!
